Stuffed Shoulder Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
lamb chops
bread dresing
butter
salt
pepper
mint jelly
 
Instructions:

Use chops cut from round-bone side of shoulder. Remove bone from each by cutting around it with sharp knife. Mix small amount bread dressing, fill in the cavities of the chops. Broil 15 minutes, turning once. Dot with butter, season with salt and pepper, serve with mint jelly cut in cubes and scattered about the platter.
