Stuffed Breast of Lamb

Ingredients:
lamb
chopped prunes
salt
pepper
 
Instructions:

Remove bones from breast. Spread meat with chopped prunes. Roll up and tie. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast, uncovered, at 350 degrees, allowing 40 minutes per lb.
