1/4 cup butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup milk Batter: 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar | Streusal: 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons flour, sifted 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoons melted butter (not margarine) 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Instructions: Sift together the batter ingredients. Cut in 1/4 cup butter with the sifted dry ingredients. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Blend into batter. | |
