Lamb with Mushroom Sauce

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cayenne
1/3 cup grated cheese
2 cups diced cooked lamb
Buttered toast
 
Instructions:

Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt, and soup. Add cayenne to taste. Add cheeses and lamb.

Mix well, heat thoroughly. Serve on toast.
