3 lbs. veal roast 2 tbs. fat Salt Pepper Ginger Potatoes, carrots and onions | |
Instructions: Brown meat in fat in dutch oven. Season. Place vegetables around meat. Cover and cook over low heat, 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serves 6 with meat for 2 meals. | |
