Thin slices of veal steak 2 cups cooked rice 1/2 cup white sauce 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper | 1 tbsp. horseradish Salt to taste Sour cream Paprika |
Instructions: Cut veal into servings about 4 inch square. Combine rice, green pepper, and horseradish, and salt to taste. Place on meat pieces, and fold meat over to enclose stuffing. Skewer securely. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and partially cover with sour cream (about 1/2 - 2 cups). Sprinkle with paprika. | |
