Ingredients: | |
2 lbs. veal steak salt and pepper 2 cups well-seasoned bread stuffing 1 cup water | |
Instructions: Remove bone, skin, and gristle from slices of veal. Pound meat thin. Trim into pices 2 1/2 x 4', (trimming may be ground and added to the stuffing.) season each slice, spread with stuffing, roll and fasten with toothpicsk, to resemble turkey legs. | |
