|6 hard-cooked eggs|
1 teaspoon prepared horse-radish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, put into blender, and add remaining ingredients. Process at puree until smooth. Heap into whites.
