Bacon-Wrapped Veal Patties

Yield/Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. ground veal
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. sage
Salt and pepper
6 strips bacon
Melted drippings

Instructions:
Lightly mix veal, crumbs, and seasonings. Shape into 6 squares, 1 inch think. Wrap with bacon, fasten securely. let stand in refrigerator bout 30 minutes. Brush with drippings, plavce on broiler rack, broil slowly on both sides, turning only once.
