Stuffing For Veal

Ingredients:
3 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup diced apples
4 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup seedless raisins
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. If more moisture is needed, use water.
