Chicken with lemon juice

Ingredients:
1 chicken
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 small onion
1/4 tsp. salt
 
Instructions:

Put chicken (skinned and cut up) in a pot with water and a little salt. Steam the chicken (don't seal the pot) for 20 minutes on low heat. Put chicken parts in pan. Add parsley, salt, and onions.

Put foil over pan and bake at 375 degree for 1 hour. Turn oven to 400 degree. Take cover off and pour a generous amount of lemon juice over chicken. Bake 10 minutes longer and then baste. Then add more lemon juice and bake 10 more minutes. Serve.
