Frozen Chicken Pie

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup white grapes, cut
1 1/2 cups chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 individual pastry shells

Use cold diced cooked chicken. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, and milk, remove from heat, stir in gelatin which has been soaked in cold water. Cool, add remaining ingredients, having cream whipped until thick but not stiff. Freeze, reducing cold when mixture is firm. Serve in individual pastry shells.
