Peach 'N' Sausage Balls | |

1 lb. pork sausage 2 tbs. minced onion 2 cups soft bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 egg (beaten) 8 canned peach halves syrup drained from peaches | |
Instructions: Mix onion, brad crumbs, egg, sausage and seasonings. Form into 8 balls. In shallow baking dish arrange peach halves with cut side up. Insert 3 cloves around edges of each peach. Place one sausage ball in center of each peach halve. | |
