1 - 1lb. can sauerkraut 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1/2 lb. sliced German sausage or franks 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 whole pimentos, finely chopped (the canned variety) 1/4 cups finely chopped onion | |
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and place over moderately low heat (about 225 degrees) and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Serves 3. | |
