4 to 6 lean pork chops 3 green zucchini 2 medium sized onions 3 tbs. flour 1 1/2 tbs. parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. alt (optional) | 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 cup hot water 3 tbs. parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. paprika |
Instructions: In a paper sack put: flour, parmesan cheese, salt, dillweed, and pepper. Bounce the chops in this mixture. Then, in a little oil in a skillet, brown them on both sides. On top of them spread the sliced onions. Add 1/3 cup water. Cover and let simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes. | |
