Pork Pie

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
6 medium potatoes
4 carrots
1/2 cup cooked celery
1 cup string beans, cooked
1/2 cup cooked peas
2 lbs. cold pork, cubed
1 1/2 cups gravy or brown sauce
Salt and pepper
Pie pastry

Halve and cook potatoes. Cook and quarter carrots.
Place a custard cup, upside down in bottom of greased casserole. Mix all ingredients, turn into casserole and cover with pastry crust, with steam vents cut in it. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
