Cream of Tomato Soup

  Yield/Servings: 4 servings  
2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups tomatoes
2 tbs. flour
1 tbs. sugar
1 thin slice onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic salt

Heat milk in a saucepan. Put remaining ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Slowly pour the hot milk into the mixture while processing. Reheat over low heat and serve immediately.
