1/2 medium onion 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/3 cup celery pieces 2 tbs. butter | 2 cups milk 1 tbs. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper |
Instructions: Chop onion. Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter. Put remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add the mushrooms and onions. Process at chop until mushrooms are finely chopped. | |
