Fresh Celery and Fish Chowder | |

Ingredients: | |
1 pound fish fillets 1 cup chopped onion 2 tbs. butter 2 cups diced celery 2 cups diced potatoes | 2 cups boiling water 3 cups milk 1/2 tsp. ground thyme salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions: Saute onion in butter, add celery, potatoes, water and salt. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add fish 4 minutes before cooking time is up. Stir in milk, thyme and pepper. Heat until hot. | |
