1 avocado, pared thin 1 lemon, sliced thin Chicory Tiny rolled sandwiches | |
Instructions: After paring and stoning avocado, cut it into thin eight-inch lengthwise slices, and arrange them on a salad plate so that slices overlap and radiate from center (pointed side of pear to center of plate). In between these radiating sections, place a slice of lemon and a tiny rolled sandwich, with a garnish of chicory. | |
