2 1/2 - 3 lbs. haddock Lemon Horseradish Sauce: 1/2 cup white sauce Grated rind 1 small lemon 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. minced watercress or parsley 2 tbsp. butter | |
Instructions: Place cleaned fish on well-greased clean cloth, lay in steamer and steam until tender, allowing 15 minutes per lb. Remove from cloth, place on platter, serve with Lemon Horseradish sauce. | |
