1/2 cup white sauce Grated rind 1 small lemon 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. minced watercress or parsley 2 tbsp. butter | |
Instructions: To white sauce add lemon rind and horseradish, cook 5 minutes, press through fine sieve. Reheat, add minced parsley or watercress and butter. | |
