2 tbsp. shortening 2 lbs. haddock fillets 1/2 tsp. mustard 2 tbsp. horseradish 1 to 2 cups sour cream Salt to taste | |
Instructions: Melt shortening in skillet and fry haddock quickly until lightly browned. Combine mustard, horseradish, and sour cream and pour over fish. Cover pan and cook until fish is done. Add salt to taste. | |
