Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. minced pimiento 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 jar finnan haddie

Instructions:
Make sauce of butter, flour, and milk. cook until smooth and thickened. Stir in seasonings and fish, heat thoroughly. Serve on toast triangles.
