1 pound can salmon 1 8 oz. package cream cheese 1/2 small onion, chopped 1 teaspoon horseradish 1 teaspoon lemon juice | 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 cups chopped pecans 3 tablespoons snipped parsley |
Instructions: Shape into ball, roll in chopped parsley and pecans, and refrigerate. | |
