Stuffed Halibut Steaks

Ingredients:

2 halibut steaks, equal size
2 slices stale bread
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pickles
2 tsp. onion juice
1 egg, beaten

Instructions:
Soak bread in hot water, squeeze it. To it add other ingredients to make a stuffing. Brown steaks on one side in hot greased frying pan, turn them, spread the stuffing on one, then lay the other steak over it. Brown in oven. Serve with tomato sauce.
