1 fresh mackerel 1 cup vinegar 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. ginger | 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter |
Instructions: Clean fish thoroughly, place in baking dish, add all other ingredients mixed together. Cover, bake in slow oven, 325 degrees, about 1 1/2 hours. | |
