Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. dry mustard
2/3 cup butter
1 2/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
 
Instructions:

Blend combined mustard and flour with the butter, dissolve in the hot water and cook as for white sauce. Season with remaining ingredients.
