Orange Milk Sherbet

  Yield/Servings: 1 quart  
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 lemons, juice only
Grated rind, 1 orange
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk

Combine fruit juices. Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat sugar, salt and milk together, dissolve gelatin in it. Add orange rind.

Pour milk mixture very slowly into fruit juices. Chill. Freeze stirring at half hour intervals until frozen.
