1 medium sized pompano 1 cup crabmeat, cooked minced 1/2 cup fine crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped celery tops 1 tsp. chopped peppers 1 onion, grated 1 cup rich white sauce | |
Instructions: Remove head, fins and tail from fish, split down back as for broiling. Lay fish skin side down on greased baking sheet, spread with filing made by mixing the remaining ingredients. | |
