Baked Lake Trout

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. lake trout
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter
 
Instructions:

Place fish on greased rack of a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with butter. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 25 minutes.
