Sheila Sauce

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Tabasco Sauce

Instructions:
Melt butter over water, then add horseradish, lime juice, chives, parsley, salt , and enough Tabasco sauce to make it quite hot.
