1 cup butter 4 cloves garlic 1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves 1/4 teaspoon snipped parsley 1/2 teaspoon minced onion | 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg, mace and thyme 2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup chicken broth |
Instructions: Place butter on stove, add garlic and cook until butter browns. Remove from heat and remove garlic pieces. Add rest of ingredients. Stir together and simmer. | |
