Filled Fish 2

Ingredients:
3 lbs. fish
2 onions
1/4 celery root
1/4 cup Matzos meal
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 cup cold water
 
Instructions:

Wash and skin fish, without breaking, beginning at the neck. Remove bones; chop flesh. Chop one onion and celery root. Add to one quart water in saucepan. Grind second onion and mix with fish. Add meal, egg, alt and pepper, and water. Mix until smooth. Stuff into fish skin. Sew together. Rub outside with salt and pepper. Boil for about 1 hours, quickly at first.
