Clam Souffle

12 soda crackers, crushed
1 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbs. melted butter
1 - 7 oz. can minced clams
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Soak soda crackers in milk for 20 minutes. Beat eggs well, add melted butter, clams and liquid from the clams, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir into milk and cracker mixture. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
