4 slices bread (white) 1 pint canned or baked salmon 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 chopped onion 1 can cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup 1 cup (approx.) grated cheddar cheese | |
Instructions: Dice bread, place 1/2 in bottom of casserole. Mix salmon, mayonnaise, onion, celery, milk, and eggs. Pour on top of bread. Top with remaining bread. Refrigerate overnight or all day. | |
