1 cup water 1 cup flour 1/4 cup oil 4 tsp. cornstarch | 1 tsp. baking powder salt garlic to taste Monosodium glutamate |
Instructions: Cut fish into strips approx. 1 inch wide by 3 inch long. Dip fish into the batter recipe. Then fry the fish. | |
