Deep Fried Fish A La Maurice

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
salt
garlic to taste
Monosodium glutamate
 
Instructions:

Cut fish into strips approx. 1 inch wide by 3 inch long. Dip fish into the batter recipe. Then fry the fish.

Use the following as a sauce: mix together various amounts of ketchup, garlic salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your imagination and be daring when measuring these ingredients.
