Halibut Hollandaise

Ingredients:
Halibut, 1/2 inch thick slices
1/2 sliced lemon
1/2 tbsp. mixed spices
 
Instructions:

Cut halibut into 1/2 inch thick slices, then cut into portions for serving. Simmer until tender in boiling water to which sliced lemon and mixed spices have been added. Lift fish out onto hot platter, mask with Hollandaise Sauce.
