Creamed Eggs and Shrimp

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups rich milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped capers
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp

Make a white sauce of butter, flour, milk, and seasonings. Add capers, egg slices, and shrimp (after removing the black stringy part). Reheat carefully without boiling. Serve in noodle ring.
