1 lb. halibut, cut in 6 fillets 2 tbsp. flour 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1 small onion | 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated cheese 1 tbsp. butter |
Instructions: Lay the halibut fillets in a buttered, shallow baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt, the paprika, parsley, and the onion, grated. In a bowl, beat the eggs slightly and add the flour, milk, remaining salt, and pepper. Beat together to blend, and pour over the fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until set. | |
