Oyster Chicken Pie

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups chicken broth, well seasoned
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 cups diced chicken
1/2 pint oysters
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 cup finely minced celery
Biscuit dough
 
Instructions:

Make cream sauce of butter, flour, broth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. In large greased casserole place layers of chicken, oysters, eggs, and celery. Pour on sauce. Place rounds of biscuit dough. Bake about 20 minutes in hot oven, 450 degrees.
