Tuna Delight

Yield/Servings: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

1 7-ounce can tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 small onion
2 sprigs parsley
1 3 inch dill pickle, cut in pieces

Instructions:
Flake tuna into a medium bowl. Put remaining ingredients in blender and whip until smooth. Pour over tuna and mix well.
