Fresh Salmon Steak

  Yield/Servings: 4 to 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
1 lb. cutlets
4 tbs. fat
Salt and pepper
 
Instructions:

Brown one side in fat in frying pan. Turn and season with salt and pepper. Cover, reduce heat and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
