Shrimp Creole

  Yield/Servings: 4 to 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
3 tbs. butter
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, cut
2 cans tomato soup
1 large can shrimp, cleaned
Steamed rice
 
Instructions:

Melt butter in fryer or Dutch oven. Add onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook until tender. Add tomato soup. Cook 15 minutes, add shrimp and cook 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serve in rice ring or around rice mold.
