1 1/2 lbs. mild-flavored fish (sole or halibut) 1 cup lime or lemon juice (4 lemons or 6 limes) 2 cans green chiles 1/2 cup minced green onion (including tops) 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 cup olive oil (or other) | |
Instructions: Seed and chop chiles. Cut fish into small pieces. Pour juice. Marinate 4 hours, then add other ingredients. | |
