Oyster Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
1 pint oysters
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
3 cups stuffing mix
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced

Instructions:
Blend ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
