Tuna Salmon Ring

Ingredients:
2 cups creamed tuna fish,
(1 cup tuna, 1 cup white sauce)
Salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg
4 eggs whites
2 cups creamed salmon,
(1 cup salmon, 1 cup white sauce)
 
Instructions:

Season creamed tuna fish, fold in two of the beaten egg whites, and pat into a greased ring mold. Do the same with the salmon, spreading it over the tuna mixture. Set mold in pan of boiling water and cook about 25 minutes in a moderate oven, 350 degrees.

Turn onto a round hot platter, fill center with buttered peas and surround outside with buttered, tiny, whole beets.
