Macaroni-Salmon Scallop

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. tomato catsup
1 small can salmon
2 cup canned peas
Buttered crumbs
 
Instructions:

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender, drain. Make a white sauce of the flour, shortening and milk, add to it the salmon and peas. Mix drained macaroni with the sauce, place mixture in baking dish, sprinkle with buttered crumbs, bake until browned in hot oven, 400 degrees.
