Baked Fresh Salmon

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
3 lbs. fresh salmon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Cracker crumbs
2 tsp. melted butter

Roll salmon in milk and salt, then in crumbs until well covered. Bake in baking dish, pour butter over top. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees about 25 minutes.
