3 lbs. fresh salmon 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt Cracker crumbs 2 tsp. melted butter | |
Instructions: Roll salmon in milk and salt, then in crumbs until well covered. Bake in baking dish, pour butter over top. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees about 25 minutes. | |
