Bacon and Liver Loaf

Ingredients:
3 cups cracker crumbs
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup hamburger
2 tbsp. onion juice
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lemon, juice only
1 1/2 lbs. beef liver, sliced
Salt and pepper
12 strips bacon
1 cup cooked fine cereal
 
Instructions:

Cook beef liver in boiling salted water 5 minutes. Drain nd chop fine. Mix with other ingredients except bacon. Press mixture firmly into greased bread pan, lay strips of bacon on top.

Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour.
